It was just a basic consumer camcorder (I think it was one of the Sony Handycams; they had to pack light). I didn’t shoot any of the footage, just edited the material. Ben, the producer shot some of it; however, he got some sort of intestinal bug a few days into the trip and was out of commission. So most of it was shot by Jim Kane, the founder of Culture Xplorers and another fellow on the trip.
I really like it. What camera was used for this project? How often do you use the auto iris?
